# How to upload and organize images and files in your Library?

> Open Library in the left navigation and select Add to Library to upload images and files, or save prompts. Then use tags, folders and favorites to find things fast. Each file can be up to 20 MB.

## Open your Library

Select **Library** in the left navigation. Your saved images, prompts and files for the current workspace are here. Use the tabs at the top to show **All**, **Images**, **Brand**, **Studio** or **Prompts**.

## Add something to your Library

Select **Add to Library** at the top right. Your options are:

- **Create AI image:** make a new image.
- **New prompt:** save a prompt you want to reuse.
- **Upload image:** add pictures from your device.
- **Upload file:** add documents.

## What you can upload

- **Images:** PNG, JPEG, GIF, WEBP or AVIF.
- **Files:** PDF, CSV, TXT, DOCX or XLSX.
- **Size:** up to 20 MB per file. You can add several files at once.

SVG and HTML files are not accepted. See [the file types and sizes](https://docs.selljam.ai/reference/supported-file-types-and-sizes.md).

## Organize your files

- Select the star on a card to add it to **Favorites**.
- Select **Edit** on a card to change its **Title**, **Tags** and **Folder**.
- Use the **Tags** and **Folders** filters, the search box and the type tabs to find items.
- Select **Clear** to reset your filters.

Each item has one folder, so use folders for broad groups like a campaign or a product line. For anything more specific, add tags. An item can have several tags, so you can filter by tag and see everything on one topic together, even across folders.

## Work with many items

Select several cards to open the bulk bar. You can download them as a ZIP, change their tags or folder, or delete them.

## Delete safely

If an image is used in saved content, The app asks before it deletes it. If an image is in a scheduled post, you cannot delete it until you cancel or reschedule the post.

## Common questions

### Where do my generated images go?

The app tries to save images from the **Create image** window to your Library. If saving fails, download the image before closing the window. Studio template images are saved when you select **Save**.

### Are images I add in the prompt box saved to my Library?

No. An image you add from your device in the **Create image** prompt box or **Customization** is used for that image only. To keep it, upload it here with **Add to Library**, or from the **Library** tab with **Upload item**.

### Can I make a folder inside a folder?

Folders stay one level, but tags go further. Add several tags to an item, like "spring sale" and "product photo". Then use the **Tags** filter to find every matching item, whichever folder it is in.

### Can I use a Library image in a social post?

Yes. Social posts use images stored in your Library. Choose one image for each post.
