How do plans, the free trial and top-ups work?
Choose a monthly or yearly plan for credits that reset each billing period, or buy a credit pack when you need one. Plans offer a seven-day trial with a card. Check your plan in Billing before changing it.

Open Settings, then Credits & Plans. Prices are in US dollars.

Yearly billing saves 15%. Plan credits reset each billing period. Check the checkout total before you confirm.
Start a trial or buy a pack
Plans include a seven-day trial. A card is required. The trial shows $0 due today and gives 300 bonus credits once per account. Your plan is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Pay as you go has no trial. You buy a credit pack when you need one:

Your first pack includes 300 bonus credits once per account. Paid pack credits don't expire and are used after monthly plan credits.
Manage billing
Open Billing in Settings to use Change plan, Payment details, or Cancel plan. Payment details opens the billing portal. Cancelling a plan keeps it active until the end of the current billing period.
Common questions
Can I try Pay as you go for free?
No. The seven-day trial applies to plans. A first credit pack includes a one-time bonus.
Do unused monthly credits carry over?
No. Monthly plan credits reset each billing period. Paid credit packs don't expire.
Where can I find receipts?
Open Billing in Settings and look under Billing history.
