Why not just use ChatGPT?
The built-in AI marketing assistant works with your Brand Guide and helps you create content that aligns with your brand voice. Create, review, and publish from the same place without repeating your brand instructions in another tab.
Do I need to know how to write prompts?
It helps but is not required. Get topic ideas, or start with some basic details or a link you already have, then let Selljam AI handle the rest.
Will it sound like me, not generic AI?
Your Brand Guide captures your voice and brand context and applies it to new drafts. You can review and edit each piece before it goes out.
Can I review and edit content before it's published?
Yes. Review, edit, or regenerate a draft before you publish or schedule it.
Do I need to share my social media passwords?
No. Connect each platform through its own secure login. Selljam AI never sees or stores your password.
Does it train on my data?
No. Your content and brand information power your drafts; they are not used to train models.
How do credits work?
Credits are charged when you complete actions in the app such as generating a draft or images
How many AI credits do I get?
Every plan includes 300 free credits at signup, one time. Starter includes 1,000 credits a month, Pro includes 3,300, and Max includes 9,300. You can top up with additional credits as you need.
How does the free trial work?
Plans: pick Starter, Pro, or Max and add a card. You pay $0 today and get 300 free credits at signup to try Selljam AI. After 7 days you are charged the plan price and get the plan's monthly credits. Cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged. Pay As You Go: there is no trial or subscription. Buy a credit pack and get 300 free credits at signup with your first purchase. You only pay for the credits you buy.
How much does an AI credit cost?
Credit packs cost $0.01 per credit: $5 for 500, $15 for 1,500, or $30 for 3,000.
How many credits will I actually use?
Usage depends on the action: a social post with a high-quality image is 45 credits, a 1,000-word article with a high-quality image is 60 credits, and a fast-quality image is 15 credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Topup with a credit pack and continue; your saved work stays in place.
Can I get a refund?
Refund unused paid credits within 7 days. The 300 free credits are not refundable.
Do unused credits roll over?
Purchased pay-as-you-go credits won't expire. Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle.
