How to set up your workspace?
When you first sign in, add your name, workspace name and website. AI can build your Brand Guide from your site. You can then connect social accounts and take a quick tour. Select Finish setup to return later.
Add your workspace details
A workspace holds the brands, businesses or projects you work on. When you first sign in, a setup window opens.
- Enter your First name.
- Enter your Workspace name. Use your main business, brand, shop or project name.
- Add your Website URL. It is recommended, because the app scans it to build your Brand Guide next. No website? Select Skip URL.
- Leave Demo post on if you want one sample LinkedIn post in Content. You can delete it anytime.
- Select Continue.
If you add a website, the app scans it and fills in your Brand Guide for free. See how to build your Brand Guide from your website.
Finish the other steps
After the workspace step, you move through these steps:
- Brand Guide: review what was found from the onboarding and fix anything that is wrong.
- Plan: choose a plan or credit pack if you are asked to.
- Connections: connect your social accounts. You earn 10 bonus credits for each platform you connect during setup.
- A quick look around: a short tour of the app.
Connections and the tour are optional. You can do them later.
Come back to setup later
If you did not finish, select your name at the bottom of the left navigation, then choose Finish setup. It opens the setup window again where you stopped.
Work with more than one workspace
Select the workspace name at the top of the left navigation. You can switch workspaces, choose Create workspace, or choose Manage workspaces. Select the cog next to the name to edit the active workspace.
Common questions
Can I have more than one workspace?
Yes. Each workspace has its own content, Library, Brand Guide and connections. Your credits and plan belong to your account and work across all of them.
What is the demo post?
It is one sample LinkedIn post that the app adds to your Content page, so you can see how a draft looks. You can delete it.
Do I have to connect social accounts now?
No. You can connect them any time. See how to connect your social media accounts.
