How to fix a post that shows "Failed" or "Partial"?
Open the post in Content and check which profiles failed. Fix any account or platform issue, then select Retry. Profiles that already published stay locked, so the retry goes only to profiles that failed.
Why this happens
Failed means the post did not reach the chosen profiles. Partial means at least one profile received it and another failed. A connection problem or a platform rule can stop a profile.
How to fix it
- Open Content to refresh the post status.
- Open the post and check the result beside each profile.
- Fix any profile warning or reconnect an account marked Needs reconnect.
- Select Retry for the failed profiles.
Profiles marked Published cannot be selected again. Review the platform limits if the text or image does not fit.
If it keeps happening
Open Support in your user menu. Include the platform, post title and any error shown beside the failed profile.
Common questions
Will Retry send another copy to profiles that succeeded?
No. Those profiles are locked in the retry window.
Why does the Content page still show the old status?
Open Content again to refresh it.
