How to set up your Brand Guide?
Open your user menu, select Brand Guide, and fill in the Basics, Visual, Offers, Voice and Marketing tabs. Then select Save changes. Your brand voice, colors and logo shape your posts, articles and images.
Open your Brand Guide
- Select your name at the bottom of the left navigation.
- Choose Brand Guide.
The Settings window opens on Brand Guide.
Fill in the five tabs
Use the tabs at the top of the card. You do not have to fill in everything. A few good answers are enough to start.
- Basics: your brand name, what you do, your website, who you sell to, and any rules your content should follow.
- Visual: your logo, colors, text style and image style words.
- Offers: the products or services you sell.
- Voice: how your brand sounds.
- Marketing: why people choose you and the problem you solve.
Set your brand voice
Open the Voice tab to teach the AI how your brand sounds. Your brand voice is your tone of voice and style. It keeps your writing sounding like you.
- Move each tone slider to where your brand sits. For example, from Professional to Casual.
- Add three to five words that describe your brand personality.
- Add Words to use and Words to avoid.
- Paste a short Writing sample if you have one.
Add your logo and colors
Open the Visual tab. Add your Primary logo and Icon mark, then set your Primary color, Neutral color and Text color. The app uses these when it makes images.
Logos can be JPG, PNG or WEBP files up to 5 MB.
Save your changes
Select Save changes at the bottom. Select Reset to undo edits you have not saved.
Use more than one profile
You can keep more than one Brand Guide profile in a workspace. This helps if you run more than one brand.
- Select the plus button to make a new profile.
- Select the star to make a profile your default.
- Select the copy button to clone a profile.
- Select the trash button to delete a profile.
