What can AI Chat do and how do you use it?
Open AI Chat to plan, draft or improve content in a conversation. Add a file or Library item when it helps explain your request. Review each draft and approve any action before it runs.
Start a chat
- Select AI Chat in the left navigation.
- Type a goal or question in Ask anything.... You can also choose a starter card.
- Review the answer and ask for changes if needed.
Ask for a post, article, offer, email campaign, ideas or a content plan. You can also ask for research or share a URL. Chat may show a brief and a draft card before you use the result.
Add context
Select Add to choose Upload Files or Add from Library. You can attach up to four files, with a total size of 10 MB. Images can be PNG, JPEG or WEBP. Documents can be PDF, TXT or Markdown.
Review actions and keep your chats
Some actions ask you to select Approve or Deny. Check the details first. Select History to return to a chat, rename it or delete it.
AI Chat prepares the draft. Open it in its workspace to review it, then publish or schedule. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Common questions
How do I schedule a post from AI Chat?
Ask AI Chat for the post, then open the finished draft and select Schedule post. You choose the profiles and the time.
Can I add an image from my Library?
Yes. Select Add, then Add from Library.
What if the answer stops?
Use the retry action on your prompt. If it keeps failing, open Support from your user menu.
